Yes, we allow up to 2 pets per property at a surcharge of £25 per animal.
We have designated charging points at Utopia and Avalon, payable through the app Project EVPro. Please note this is on the Sanctuary grounds and not next to the property car park.
Guests at Broughton Sanctuary are welcome to use Avalon, our state-of-the-art Wellbeing Centre during their stay. Access includes use of the Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, Hydro Pool, PT Studio, and towels in Avalon every day of the week from 10am to 12pm, subject to availability. Pricing per session: £20 for adults, £10 for children between 4 to 16 years of age. There’s no charge for children/infants under 4 years of age, but they must wear swim nappies if not potty trained.
You can start your holiday on any day of the week as all our properties accept arrivals throughout the week, with a minimum 3-night stay policy.
Each of our properties has at least one dedicated parking space either directly adjacent to the holiday home or within a 1 minute walk. The larger properties have capacity for more vehicles accordingly.
Our self-catering holiday cottages provide bed linen and towels. Please note: we do not supply any linen or blankets for cots, so you will need to bring your own. The pricing is inclusive of fuel costs, and where there is an open fire or wood burner, logs are provided.
The Utopia restaurant, set within the Walled Garden, offers guests a complimentary breakfast each weekday morning. The Bull Pub and Restaurant, located on the edge of Broughton Sanctuary, serves homemade locally sourced food. Tables can be booked prior to arrival, and all Broughton Sanctuary guests receive a 15% discount on food & drink for groups up to 6 guests.
Complimentary WiFi is available in the properties and at the facilities across Broughton Sanctuary. External CCTV is installed throughout Broughton Sanctuary and all the Holiday Homes properties.
Guests can explore our monthly activities, carefully curated for residents, with some events open to non-residents. There are regular classes and special guest sessions to seasonal events, and also the option to design your own self-guided retreat. Classes can be booked online through our wellbeing calendar. Broughton Sanctuary is ideally located at the foothills to the Yorkshire Dales National Park, just outside the picturesque market town of Skipton.
