With magnificent views from every window and the adventure of the Estate right on your doorstep, Eden is right in the beating heart of our beautiful Sanctuary.

With six bedrooms split across the house, Eden comfortably sleeps 11 guests (plus a pull out double futon in addition that can sleep 2) with plenty of room downstairs for entertaining. Host a dinner party in our the luxurious dining room or use the large contemporary lounge space for a civil ceremony for up to 100 guests, or a sit down dinner for 60. Outside, a sunken wood-fired hot tub for 6 guests provides further relaxation opportunities and the vast expanse of flat lawned garden is ideal for games. If you’re planning a party, it’s the prime spot for a marquee to extend your celebrations! Hidden within the two-storey garage is a ping pong table and children’s room, ideal for all guests.

Our Weekly Wellbeing Schedule offers you the opportunity to join one of our classes, therapies and experiences during your stay. You can also visit our Pool Suite, Relaxation Room, Meditation Pod and Personal Training Studio in our dedicated Wellbeing Centre, Avalon. The bustling market town of Skipton is just 3 miles away. Famous for its winding canals, splendid castle, many independent shops and a growing dining scene.
