Our latest addition to our holiday home portfolio; a modern and minimalist barn conversation with four bedrooms, four bathrooms and open plan living area.

Upon entering the property there are three ground floor bedrooms (all ensuite). On the first floor there is an additional bedroom with ensuite bathroom and open plan living space. There is wood flooring with underfloor heating throughout, making for a practical and warm environment.

The property boasts 360 degree views of rolling countryside over the Broughton Sanctuary and towards the Yorkshire Dale and Ribble Valley.

With an exciting, large-scale nature recovery programme and over 3,000 acres of woodland, moors and wildflower meadows, Broughton Sanctuary is the perfect natural playground to discover whilst you’re here. Why not try forest bathing, wild swimming or woodland dining for an experience like no other?
