Our dedicated Wellbeing Centre ‘Avalon’ has a weekly schedule of classes and activities designed to help you experience a deeper state of health, harmony and vitality.

Nature Recovery Tour 10:00am – 12:00pm

Friday
We have monthly sessions running on Fridays where you can enjoy Kirtan, Ecstatic Dance, Forrest Yoga or an Alchemy Crystal Bowl Sound Bath. Please check online for details.
