What is the Embassy of the Future?


The Embassy Of The Future is a portal from the future to support the visionary leaders and
difference-makers today. We do not see the future as a completely blank sheet of paper, we
source our insights from a global tribe of imaginative futurists and pioneers; world leaders in
their respective fields. However, we know that humanity has incredible agency through the
power of the imagination, visioning and storytelling. 

We do not passively observe the future—we harness humanity’s unique power of
imagination and shape the future.


The Embassy was born from a series of profound dialogues in ancient sites across the
world, including the pyramids of the Mayan civilisation, Göbekli Tepe, Olympia, and Delphi.
These sacred places whispered the same message: the future is waiting to be authored.


The Embassy’s co-founders, visionary futurist Benjamin J. Butler and conscious leadership
proponent Sujith Ravindran, bring diverse expertise. Benjamin, with a career in Wall Street
forecasting, has spent decades identifying mega-trends in global economics. Now, he helps
leaders move beyond forecasting to actively designing the future. Sujith, a serial author and
a leadership guide in institutions such as the EU and UN, is a leading proponent of
consciousness.


Together, they established the Embassy to serve as a bridge between the present and the

venue. Roger Tempest, the 32nd custodian of the Tempest family estate, has transformed
